well green eyes and black hair is AWESOME.... but try browns... as eye shadow... black eyeliner and massacara is good for a pale completion. greens are good.. but not pinks or reds... they will make you look tired.. or like you have been hit in the eye... just experiment. and youll get there.... if you have straight teeth reds on your lips will look reallllly nice.. if not. than a soft pink or near lip colour to bring out your lips...I have short black hair and green eyes and i dont know what make up would look good on me HELP?!!?
Mary Kay has a great web site with lots of make up tips and a virtual model page that lets you create a face that looks like you, and then try on different colors. It's fun and free. I have green eyes too, and I love to use shades like Raisin and Plum, it really brings out the green. Use black mascara, and a soft rosy blush for your cheeks. Since you are pale, do not go with a dark lipstick, but don't use a pastel either. Try a sheer berry. I hope this helps!
I would recommend trying some purples for eyeshadow go with black eye liner since you have black hair, and as for lip color you could prolly be ok with just about any color I would recommend brown though. Hope this helps!

A tiny bit of purple eyeshadow brings out green eyes so well! and of course mascara on the top and and bottom.
