Hey, I think cutting your hair and dying it black would make you look like Alice Cullen from Twilight, so if you like her hair length and color then yea it would look great. I don't think you should dye it black though because it's so harsh and tends to make people look washed out and very pale. I think the cut would look really good though. Hope it helped! good luck!
