mascara that volumizes your lashes black,

apply black eyeliner in the bottom of your eye, and the top,

and then every now and then you could wear some blue eyeliner but a royal blue not to bright but not to dull,

you can purchase it at shoppers drug mart,

then apply a little blush,

some lipgloss,

and with your eyeliner put some wings on the side ofyour eyes.

hope u like it.I Have Brown Eyes and Short Black Hair and I Dont Know What Make-Up 2 Wear?
you should try the ';natural'; look.

It would go good with your skin tone and hair color.

try some light colored shimmered shadow to give your eyes a glowing look, like a champagne color or a light shimmer brown or pink.

try a thin sweep of black liquid eyeliner across your eyes, give it a little sweep and the end, but not too much or not too thick.

then of course some mascara! it always adds some definition to your eyes :) but make sure it doesn't come out too clumpy . try one of those little eye lash brushes to comb them out so they look nice after applying the mascara.

Cheek wise, use a nice rose shimmer color. it will give your cheeks a nice rosey glow!

and lip wise, some natural skin tone gloss (clear) or a light pink would go lovely :)

I think the eyes of this VVV would look nice :)

you sound just like me, just use the same foundation that you use if you use any. Green eyeshadow is the best for brown eyes, but I usually mix it with like a cream colored one and then put a little brown on the outside corners of my eyes. I know in my picture I have curly hair, but I have brown eyes same skin tone and usually hair on the darker side of colors.

please don't mind my weird pictures haha, i used to be/still am a giant dork.
ohhh you should wear bronze eye shadow colors such as:

bronze...lol

gold

brown (lightly)

orange

olive green

all these colors are colors of nature, and they will blend perfectly with ur brown eyes...!!

Use a light-colored bronzer (the powder)

and apply it with a bronzer/blush brush.

Put the bronzer all on ur cheeks, and in the middle area between the eyebrows and eyes.

Remember apply lightly.

The bronzer will make ur complection, tone and face blend with ur black, short hair.

You dont want anything OVER done.

Take a dark brown or black eyeliner and line the bottom part of ur lid.

Line the liner half way on ur top lid. (from outside corner to half point)

this will bring out ur brown eyes!!!

Lastly take a good brand mascara (most any works perfect)

and stroke the wand lightly on ur bottom lashes. barely even to see mascara there.

Then with a little more force, in a plumping kind of motion.... Apply the black mascara on your top eyelashes while pushing them into a curling position.

To even look more dazzling....take some purple glitter sparkles

and apply them on ur eye lids.

Hope i helped!! :]
I have very similar features. I have dark brown hair %26amp; brown eyes. I usually go with pretty neutral colors and make one feature pop. For example, I wear MAC foundation (covers great), then put on grey or brown eyeliner very lightly, a bronzer on the cheeks and do my lips with a pop of lipstick under a lipgloss color (reds, pinks but not very bright)...or vice versa...do my lips with sheer gloss and make my eyes pop with more liner...i've never gotten more compliments
oh wow im 14 too. lol

anyways, what you need to do is go online to youtube and search. Youtube has a lot of different tutorials for makeup.

Try teal colors like green. Also subtile colors work well to help pop your eyes out.
For special occasions the Champagne colored eye shadows and for general use black, navy or dark brown eyeliner.

Try applying the eyeliner only to the inside of your eye's lower lid.
hahahah

wel all you needd iss

brownn eyeshadow, and liquid eyeliner, mascara

put the eyshadow all ove the lid, and add some glitter, then make a wing with the liwuid eyeliner, and etc.

I was going to say gold, but since your not tan, then no, stay away from gold.

Dark brown and green shades would pretty :D
